Serving Together
We have wanted to go on a trip where we could both serve, (husband and wife). We found an opportunity to join groups of other believers from two different states with AIM being the coordinating entity. We have really enjoyed getting to know our brothers and sisters in Christ from across the nation. We have witnessed God at work orchestrating things that we did not understand at the time. One example is the we reserved a compact rental car but when we arrived we were told that we had the “manager’s special” and was issued a pick up truck. We found out yesterday why! The back deck of the church was in need of some repair and a pick up was needed to haul the lumber. God is always at work in our lives even when we don’t realize it. As one of the men from Hope Haven shared with us today as he was helping us. God is good. We have experienced God’s hand at work in Tennessee and felt privileged to be used by God in this small but important way.
