This is my first trip without a cook.  I planned the menus with the tools in the kitchen in mind.  I am very thankful for a group that is extremely helpful in prep work, serving and clean up.  Here is Susie, helping me make the "smokie mountain chili" for Monday night.   It was a mighty big pot of chili!
