day 2.... Today was our free day because it is the 4th of July and we went hiking at Bay Mountain. While we were there, we went about 5 miles. Also, while we were there we got about 20 feet away from a deer. It was awesome to experience a new environment of Gods amazing creation!

One way I saw Gods work in someone today was with a guy where we were hiking. He obviously wasn't  in the best health; he was on oxygen and had a nurse with him. But he was also one of the happiest people there. He came up to us and introduced himself. He loved to dance. It was great to see that no matter what had happened to cause his issue, he was still super happy.

We are about to head out to watch fireworks and celebrate the freedom God gave us!
