When our church first mentioned this mission trip my husband and I thought there would be no way we could go.  Being a family of 4, with a 10 and 6 year old, we didn’t think we were ready. God obviously had other plans because Shawn was asked to lead the trip.  What could we say? Everything about this trip has been great. From the people to the mission opportunities, we have been blessed. Having our boys experience these things at their ages have opened their eyes to their many blessings.  Even our 6 year olds behaviors were better than usual! We have been able to minister to those at Hunger First, in the mall, and on the streets. We have developed relationships with members of our church and others. God moved in mighty ways in our lives on this trip and we were beyond blessed.
